During the recent Leadership Summit, our team dedicated time to meaningful service projects that positively impacted the community. In partnership with Field Day, a platform for corporate volunteering, we engaged in three distinct initiatives.
One group worked with Forest Park Conservancy to maintain and restore trails by raking them to prevent moisture buildup and preserve the park’s natural beauty.
Another team reorganized and cleaned the space at Kerr Bikes, supporting their mission to empower individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health challenges.
Additionally, a group assembled sensory-friendly goodie bags for the Autism Society of Oregon, contributing to their efforts to create inclusive Santa experiences for families with disabilities.
These projects not only strengthened our bonds but also reinforced our commitment to giving back to the communities we serve.
